Nature of the activity
GLOBAL NE LLC is a commercial business. It is not an association, a charity or a recognised public-interest body.
The site sells a paid service: the funding and construction of a drinking water well. The service covers the drilling, its execution by local teams, the placing of a sign bearing the name chosen by the customer, and the production and delivery of photographs and videos of the completed work.
The amounts paid are the price of a service. They give no entitlement to any tax benefit.
The price covers the whole service: the drilling and its equipment, the wages of the teams who build the well, transport and logistics on the ground, the sign, the production and delivery of the evidence, as well as the running costs and the margin of the business.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of any applicable taxes. Payment is processed by an approved provider that complies with the PCI-DSS standard. GLOBAL NE LLCnever has access to its customers' card numbers and stores none of them on its servers.
Orders, performance and refunds
The order is firm as soon as payment is confirmed. The customer then receives an acknowledgement by email.
The work is commissioned with the local teams within to be completed. The evidence of construction is sent as soon as the well is completed, within an indicative period of to be completed, which varies with access conditions and the weather on site.
Cancellation and refund. The customer may request the cancellation of their order and a full refund, by email to contact@gouttedespoir.com, as long as the corresponding work has not been commissioned with the local teams, and no later than fourteen days after the order. The refund is made to the original means of payment.
After that period, or once the work has been commissioned, the service is under way and is no longer refundable, since the drilling and labour costs have already been incurred.
Should we fail to perform — the well not built or the evidence not delivered — the customer is refunded in full, with no time limit.
Liability
GLOBAL NE LLC strives to provide information as accurate as possible and to keep this site up to date. It cannot, however, be held liable for omissions, inaccuracies or failures to update, whether caused by itself or by third-party partners.
Well completion times are indicative: they depend on ground, access and weather conditions beyond the control of the business. A delay of this kind gives no right to compensation, but the customer is informed of it and keeps their right to a refund if the well is ultimately not built.
The user acknowledges that they use the information on the site under their sole responsibility.
Intellectual property
All the material on this site — text, photographs, videos, graphics, logos, icons, sounds, trademarks and the structure of the site — is protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation, in whole or in part, by any means whatsoever, is prohibited without the prior written consent of GLOBAL NE LLC.
The photographs and videos sent to a customer in respect of their well are for their personal use. They may freely share them privately; any commercial use remains subject to authorisation.
